The KM-ID Gun design incorporates the same design features as the normal KM Gun, but uses a modified nozzle configuration. The nozzle is designed to deposit coatings on the inside of cylinders with inner diameters as small as 2 inches (50 mm). It is the only cold spray gun in the world that can spray in such a confined space with a deposition angle normal to the substrate wall.
