Inovati employs a non-exclusive distribution model. Inovati will not appoint any company as an exclusive authorized dealer in any territory and reserves the right to enlist multiple distributing agents in any given region. Distributors will conduct business within a territory as specified by the distribution agreement. Inovati supplies all customer support to customers in their host language via the the distributing agent with Inovati personnel present. Any companies wishing to become a distributor for Inovati's Kinetic Metallization equipment may request information below. Once a distribution applicant has registered with Inovati, a distribution agreement will be sent along with terms of service.
